Terms of Service

These terms apply between Fly by wire AB (org. no. 559316-3313), which provides Lanthea, and the company that uses it (the customer), and to every person the customer gives access. By creating a company in the service or using it, the customer accepts them.

1. The service. Lanthea supports a company's bookkeeping: receipts and supplier invoices, sales invoices, a mileage log, connected mailboxes, and AI agents that read documents, sort mail and answer questions about the company's records. It is in a free beta, open by invitation.
2. Accounts and access. People sign in with their own email address, or with their Google or Apple account. The customer's owners decide who is a member and how far each role reaches. The customer is responsible for giving access only to people entitled to see its records, and for removing access that is no longer needed. Keep your sign-in and your devices secure, and do not share your access.
3. The customer's records. The records the customer keeps in the service belong to it. The customer is responsible for their accuracy, for its bookkeeping, and for keeping its accounting records as long as the law requires, in Sweden seven years under the Bookkeeping Act; the service lets it export them at any time. When the records contain personal data, the Data Processing Agreement applies.
4. The AI agents. The agents use an AI service, named on the Subprocessors page. What they read, sort and answer can be wrong. They do not replace an accountant: a person checks each entry before it is verified and exported, and the customer decides what to book. Their explanations of rules are general information, not advice on the customer's particular case. The customer's owners can set a monthly budget for the agents; once it is used up, the agents pause.
5. Connected accounts. Connect only mailboxes and accounts the customer owns or is authorised to use. What the service does with them is described in the Privacy Policy, and they can be disconnected at any time. The providers' own terms apply to those accounts.
6. Use. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to store material you have no right to, to try to reach other customers' data, or to disrupt the service.
7. Fees. The service is free during the beta. Before any fee applies, we tell the customer's owners at least 30 days in advance, and the customer can stop using the service before it does.
8. Availability and changes. During the beta the service is provided as it is, without any promise of availability. We develop and change it, and give notice before a change takes away something the customer relies on.
9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Fly by wire AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost data or claims from third parties, and its total liability is limited to the fees the customer has paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending. The customer can stop at any time: its owners can delete the company in the service, which deletes its records, so export them first. We can end the service, or a customer's access if these terms are broken, with notice when possible; if we end the service, we give customers time to export their records.
11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms, and tell the customer's owners in advance about changes that matter to them. Using the service after a change takes effect means accepting it.
12. Law and disputes. Swedish law applies, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
